This interactive exercise will give you a clear visual picture of where your life is thriving – and what areas could use a little more work.

How it works:

Using the circle provided - place a dot within each section to mark how satisfied you are with that area of your life.

A dot placed towards the center of the circle indicates dissatisfaction, while a dot placed towards the outside indicates happiness.

The Integrative Nutrition Plate emphasizes the importance of local and organic produce, whole grains, high-quality proteins, plant-based fats, and water. It shows you how a plate should appear at mealtime and emphasizes the importance of proportions and portion size. To complete the picture, the plate is surrounded with lifestyle factors that create optimal health: relationship, career, physical activity and spirituality.  Our longevity and wellness coaches introduce you to some of the healthiest foods on the planet and teach you how to find what’s healthiest for your unique body!

While 'Secondary Food' is what you eat, Primary Food is what nourishes your soul. When the primary aspects of your life are in balance, the importance of what you eat as secondary food diminishes. We focus on the holistic factors that create a fulfilling life:

 Secondary food is the tangible nourishment on your plate. It represents the intersection of nutrition and health, shaped by your unique lifestyle, environment, and personal beliefs. These factors include:

  • Societal, cultural, and economic influences

The Crowding Out method is a proactive approach: we focus on adding delicious, nutrient-dense foods until there simply isn't room—or desire—for the unhealthy habits of the past. By gradually increasing the 'good stuff,' we create a sustainable shift that feels like an upgrade, not a sacrifice.
